Why won't joomla install?

Do not install joomla on denwer from quickstart.
At the final stage, the progress bar freezes and does not move. Doesn't give any errors. "Creating a configuration file" and that's it.
Not installed only if I choose to install with sampledata templatexxx. Without sampledata it installs fine.

not enough processor resources.
install on hosting, for example, on free hostinger.ru
and then upload it to your server from the dump.
or buy a powerful computer

increase the maximum script execution time from 30 seconds to 9999, after installation set again 30

In the php.ini file, set more max_execution_time
The php.ini file will most likely be here C:\WebServers\usr\local\php5
