Why can't Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 see home Wi-Fi but see neighbors?

I bought a new phone, turn on Wi-Fi - the phone sees all the neighbors' networks, except for mine :(
Wi-Fi is distributed by the AKADO provider prefix.
Manually entering the network name and password does not help.
Other phones and laptops see the home network and connect normally.

There are two common options:
- The basic WiFi ranges on the set-top box and the client do not match (2.4 or 5 GHz.) See the documentation.
- The WiFi standards on the set-top box and the client do not match (a, b, g, etc.). See documentation and settings.
