What do bios signals mean?

There is a computer with motherboard asus p5kpl/epu. There is no integrated video output, but there is an asus video card without a model in a prominent place. The CPU cooler is not working, it just so happened.
I turn on the computer. The computer makes one short beep. After a pause of 5 seconds, two short ones, and then four long ones with a pause longer than that of short signals. There are no 2short 4longs in the signal table on wikipedia. What could it be?
