We launched the site https://bplus.ru.com/, Google indexed, but Yandex did not, began to understand:
"Can't load content, even robot.txt" - Don't understand? Why?
Tested in wget - everything is fine - 200, tested in postman - "Could not get any response. There was an error connecting to https://bplus.ru.com/. "
What is the error?

IMHO, troubles with a certificate. The Ping Admin service swears: "There is a problem with connecting via SSL. Most likely, a number of ciphers for SSL are disabled on the server, which is why some clients will not be able to connect." I would put a regular certificate from Lets Encrypt and not experiment.
