How do I know if a user has watched a video?

Good afternoon, I've already rummaged through the entire dock , but I can't figure out how to find out if the user has watched a certain video?
Addition: there is access directly to the user's data (I suppose that somehow it is necessary to pull through the browsing history), i.e. all actions are performed by the user, not the owner of the video.
