Why can't Acer E3-571G see the SSD drive?

He doesn't see at all. At the same time, another asus k53 sc laptop starts up with it without problems. What could be the problem? The whole bios was turned over - hdd is detected perfectly, but not ssd. On the Internet I read about some conspiracies of Eiser.
