What utility to test SSD?

I have two identical Kingmax 120Gb SSDs, they worked in RAID. Then the problems with loading the OS began.
I checked them with SSDLife Pro utility (free version). It shows SMART data, and shows a condition score of 93% (excellent) for both.
But I want some more detailed check, and I want to understand whether it is possible to get rid of problems in the future.
I ask you to suggest a good and, preferably, a free utility for Windows or Linux, which allows you to do a high-quality check of ssd.
