Why can Excel only print the first column and Word not show pictures?

Hello!

I just got back from the principal and I have cold sweat down my back.

We need to solve two problems:

  1. When you try to print a sheet from Excel, it prints out in the preview too, only the first column! But this is not the case with all spreadsheet documents.
  2. We open a Word document in which there is text and pictures inserted into it, but they are not visible, just white areas.

All this happens on Mac iOS. At home, on exactly the same Mac, everything works fine.

I tried to open the files on another computer with Windows and Office 2016 - everything works.

Do respected Gurus have any ideas where to dig?

Help me please.

1. Check the set print area. Perhaps it only includes the first column.
2. In the settings of Word itself there is a function "Print without pictures". Check it out.
