Disable/enable turbo boost MBA 18?

Hello, I'm interested in such a question - what will happen if I manually disable Turbo Boost on MBA 18 (through third-party software). Will it affect performance? (I mainly use safari + messengers)
And what about autonomy?

Auto acceleration turns on under load, if there is no load, then you won’t notice anything special.
The battery will last longer even if you load it, but it will affect performance under load.
