Why can a computer slow down?
In games, after a while (15-20 minutes, maybe earlier), wild lags and FPS drawdowns begin, despite the fact that the temperature of the computer is within the acceptable range and does not jump. All components are connected well, nothing dangles. There is a suspicion that the biting block is naughty and does not supply the necessary amount of energy to the video card / processor. Could this be the reason and are there any programs that can be used to check how much the power supply provides for certain needs of the computer?

www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html and look in BIOS. If there is no tester for the PSU, then you can replace it and see how it behaves on another (corresponding power).
Possibly a RAM problem as well. Making this a couple pass www.memtest86.com/download.htm
1. not enough RAM
2. not enough processor.
3. Slow screw
4. Filled screw
5. CPU temperature is above 70 degrees.
in general, there can be a sea of reasons, both hard and soft.
