Why cable ping is 8ms instead of 0.1ms?

Ping to routers (I have two of them from two providers TTK, RTK, I checked both) via cable 8 Ms, via WI-FI 1 Ms I
tried to change the cable - the result is the same.

If there are two routers, then questions already arise, you need a device connection scheme, addresses, routes, what is used as the default gateway, the operating systems used, and then other questions.
