Why artifacts regularly appear in Wahtsapp and Opera on a laptop?

I bought a Dell 5491 laptop with Windows 10 preinstalled. I
observe artifacts in WhatsApp and Opera Browser applications. Artifacts usually disappear when interacting with the application window
Video cards were checked by Furmark - donuts are twisted, there are no artifacts. I update the drivers regularly - there are no changes. In other applications everything is fine. Where to dig is not clear.

The solution turned out to be simple.
Removed all video drivers intel and nvidia. I installed the drivers from the Dell support site - they have their own versions.
With the latest "native" drivers, the problem is gone.
