Why aren't the latest layout panels on the Photoshop 2021 start screen?

There are no recent documents on the start screen that I worked with, on the 2020 version everything was fine. I've tried unchecking "Automatically open the Start Screen", rebooted many times, nothing helps. It feels like it can't boot, but the program itself works. What to do with it? Opening documents is otherwise inconvenient.

If a pirated version, then this is a common thing. Here you can only try reinstalling (from the same or another distribution). Until 2020, it showed properly for me, in 2020 it disappeared, and in 2021 it is visible again, but no one is immune from the fact that it will disappear in one day.
If the version is official, then contact technical support, they will help.
