Why are users redirected from a certain IP to the domain registrar page?
A person visits the site from a phone or computer with different browsers, but within the same network, and he is redirected to the domain registrar's page (timeweb) with the text: "This domain is registered with us." Moreover, if you go through the anonymizer, then everything is fine. Virus? Both on the computer and on the phone? Unlikely. Some kind of redirect plugin - too, because they come from different browsers (and, again, devices). What else can be? Anyway, just ideas. The site itself is on Tilda.

DNS will be updated completely everywhere and everything will be fine. With regards to different platforms, there is a cache somewhere, somewhere there may be a different provider that has already been updated, or vice versa.
