How to organize Name Servers?

Good time!
I have a server - I want to set up my NS servers so that I can safely change the server (and IP along with it) in the future without having to edit all domains.
Those. so that all my domains do not have an IP , but like this:
ns1.main-site.ru
ns2.main-site.ru
I read a bunch of everything, but got confused. Tell me how to do it?
Somewhere someone advised to use www.buddyns.com/faq/#setup-vanity or freedns.ws/ru
PS: ISPmanager pro 4 panel.

How to do this in your panel, I will not tell you.
But the logic is this:
1. You buy a domain
2. At the domain registrar, specify who will keep the DNS zone of this domain
3. Then all DNS requests will fall on these same IP addresses, on which the DNS service should be raised and your domain name should be in it zone.

@super-guest

I have a domain and a few more. Now if I move to another server - its IP will change - I will have to change the IP not only for the main site, but also for all my other sites / domains. How to make other domains "refer" to the main one (ns1, ns2 ??)? Then only the main domain will have to change the IP.
I don’t know how to configure my DNS server and don’t want to (I’m already tired of configuring a bunch of things) - maybe you can configure it somehow differently (at the registrar or via the links in the first message - some special services)?

@Gem

Everything is confusing for you
In the general case, IMHO, it is not realizable - there is no way to change addresses at all
In private - I think glue records will help you
