What is the name of the dns service for developers, when you access it you get to the ip from the Private network?

In general, I recently got to the
dns service, somewhere I saved the link, but I can’t find :) we get to ip 192.168.0.1 i.e. it redirects to the ip specified by you in the domain. What is the name of the service, link? Thank you.
