Why are users getting kicked out of RDP?

Good afternoon, actually there is a farm + several terminals, we have let's say 50 computers in different departments from which users cling to terminals. So here are 5 computers out of 50, which are in completely different places and normally ping terminals, crash at different intervals with an error that the connection is broken.
