Hello. I need to clean up on C:, but I found 2 files that look very large (checked by WinDirStat) and very huge in size. What are these files for? Can they be removed?

pagefile.sys - paging file. Used to store part of the computer's RAM on the hard drive.
hiberfil.sys is a file that is created by your operating system in order for hibernation to work correctly. When the operating system enters hibernation mode, the entire contents of your computer's RAM is moved to the hard drive in the hiberfil.sys file.
