Why are USB 2.0 ports disabled?

Hello, I recently assembled a PC and when I connect a bluetooth mouse and flash drive to 2 usb ports 2.0, they start to turn on and off, and as a result, the usb hub turns off completely (it is written in the task manager: error 43). This happens only in front of the case and only with a bluetooth mouse and a flash drive. Separately, they work fine, two flash drives also work. Updated the driver, turned off the power saving, did not help. What could be the problem?

Perhaps the wires coming from the motherboard to the front panel of the case are too thin (the manufacturer saved). Try replacing the wires
