Why are two lines not working?

Hello! I have a question.
There is automatic telephone exchange panasonic kx-ncp1000. There is a provider of SIP telephony. There is FreePBX (asterisk)
Panas has an internal SIP account. We connect FreePBX with a trunk to a SIP account on Panas. In FreeBPX we throw incoming routing on a conference. The first call to this SIP number goes to this conference. For everyone else, this number is busy.
We do it differently. We connect the FreeBPX trunk to the internal number of the SIP telephony provider. In FreeBPX we throw incoming routing on a conference. Now, when calling to this extension, EVERYONE gets into the conference.
Q: Does this SIP telephony provider's extension support multichannel? Panasonic does not know how, or do you need additional settings? If you look at the asterisk logs, then the second call with a trunk on Panas does not even reach it

@whiteadmin

Does this SIP telephony provider's extension support multichannel?

Roughly speaking yes.
Depends on hands and iron and licenses. The question to the studio is what kind of fee for ip or a license for how many external ip lines? Well, for a good log
