Why are they not hiring with Kazakh citizenship?
In our city (in Russia) one very large Russian IT company has announced a recruitment for 2-month Java development courses, with subsequent employment of the best students. Everything was as usual, they sent a test task, after checking the test task, they called for an interview with hr. A couple of days after the interview, they sent a rejection letter to the post office, I did not understand the reason why they refused, because there was no technical interview, there were only general questions (where I study, etc.). A week later, this company came to our university advertising their courses, and there was the very hr there, after the report, I personally came up to ask where I made a mistake at the interview, in the middle of our conversation, she replied - “I shouldn’t say this, but it's all about citizenship" and that even if I was perfect, I would still be rejected, they say that these are risks for the company (something related to the border and possible problems because of this, which will result in millions of fines for the company), and in order to avoid such risks, only citizens of the Russian Federation are taken, but they cannot openly describe their course write this. Who can tell how serious everything is with this issue, because citizenship is not done in one day or a month, but you want to work right now?
P / s there was a similar case back in the spring, but the company is much smaller there (here it’s just my guess that it was a matter of citizenship)

They do not take it, because HR, as a rule, does not know any laws related to foreigners and, accordingly, how to draw them up. And those who know do not want to go to the FMS, you need to send a notification
These are not risks, but bells and whistles of leadership. Many perfectly accept and do not bathe. You don't think, for example, that organizations such as EPAM worry about this issue when they are represented all over the globe at all? In case of problems with the state, you can always transport all willing employees or work with them remotely
