Why are there no counters on the icons of the "Share" block from Yandex?

Actually the essence of the question is in the title, a couple of weeks ago there were counters, there is an assumption that Yandex turned off the counters, since there is no “counters” tab in the settings of the new block.

But the old two sites, with the old setup codes, still show “counters”, if you take the Share Block code from the old sites, then there are counters, but I think this is not entirely correct.

The new code looks like this:
