Downloading occurs using a flash drive. Some people always get an error when loading, which I can not find in any way.

To understand what's the matter, I need to know how much data about this person can be - wasps, browser, flash version, etc. Feedback from people does not really help and it takes a long time.

Is it possible, knowing the IP of this person, to get data in Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics using it?
