The problem is the following. Sometimes it happens, I insert a USB flash drive - the computer immediately bugs or reboots. Often I bring a flash drive to the connector - and it hits my finger with current, sometimes I don’t even have time to bring the flash drive to the connector. Sometimes a flash drive is not readable in any of the connectors, you have to rearrange it.
How to solve this problem?

Sometimes it can short out due to a broken socket. But your case is probably not the same. If a spark jumps when you touch the computer, it means that static electricity is raging in your room - check if your air humidity is normal. Woolen clothes, a synthetic rug, etc. can also be the cause.
