If the chip supports USB, then unsolder the connector and flash it with firmware that supports USB. If not, then a twisted pair cable plus a computer distributing 4G Internet.
if you do not open the N10P case and do not mess with soldering, then you can connect a second portable router like MR3020 via Ethernet (tiny, cheap, simple, weak WiFi can be turned off, but powered by mini USB). Chain of routers, two points of failure.
you can also open it, find at least USART on the board and somehow screw the USB-serial adapter, but this version is rather vague, there is a lot of fuss with the firmware.
I would buy a new router with USB, and sell the N10P through Avito, so at least it will work stably :)
