How to connect such a display to Arduino?

I would like to order this display. I chose it, since the space occupied is critical.
There is a shield with it, but it, together with delivery, is 3 times more expensive than the display. That's why I want to make it myself. As you can see, it has a bare cable (the pinout is known), and I don’t know where to start, which components to choose, since knowledge in electronics is not enough. The LD7032 driver is listed here.
Please tell me how to get this fee. Thanks in advance for any help.
