Why are the speakers and headphones on the computer phoning?

The PSU on the computer made a lot of noise, they advised to lubricate the cooler, disassembled, lubricated, assembled - the speakers and headphones began to flicker. I disconnected the microphone from the connector - the headphones stopped phoning, and the speakers simply began to fonn less, tell me how to solve the problem.
Thanks in advance.

most likely somewhere there is a short circuit to the body of the sound outputs, look for and remove it.

I now have a similar problem on a monoblock - I don’t know how to solve it at all, so I join the question.

Thanks for the answer - indeed, the sound outputs from the inside of the system unit were in contact with the case, and the microphone just covered itself

The background, most likely, appears when the connector contacts the metal of the computer case (monoblock).
