Doesn't record sound from microphone on laptop. What to do?

Hello.
Now I tried to record a video with sound recording through a microphone in the bandicam program. Sound is not recorded.
Then I checked the standard built-in microphone in Windows 10 - there is no sound either.
I got into the parameters and it says one hundred types of microphone is disabled, although it is on. ON/dsrk doesn't help.
