Why are the page designs different?

Hello, can anyone tell me why the design of the pages is different, on one you can choose the size, but on the other category you can’t, although in the product editing everything is set
Where there are sizes (M, L, XL)
Where there are no sizes

You have sizes here and there, but well, all goods.
At first glance, sizes are not shown if none of the sizes are available.
Check the leftovers by product and by size.
