CSS is not applied in the mobile version, what should I do?

Guys, hello everyone, I recently changed the design on the site, replaced all the changed files back to the hosting. And everything seems to be fine, the design has changed, BUT only in the desktop version (and in adaptive mode in browsers). When trying to view from a mobile device, the HTML changes were applied, but the CSS remained the same as it was before the site was changed. What to do in this case?
