Recently noticed a crack from the system unit. Cracking appears when launching graphical applications or games. Moreover, the more demanding the game, there is more crackling.

Opened the case. According to the sound, the crackling seems to come from the processor behind the cooler or from the video card. I immediately noticed that the fans on the video card are not spinning. I thought maybe because the desktop is open. Launched the game and still the same. High settings, 120 FPS, etc. The task manager says that the video card is used by 15-30%.

Interestingly, the computer is new and from the moment of purchase, some blowing can be heard in the case ... You play and for about ten seconds you hear sounds from the case, as if the cooler suddenly picks up speed in one second and immediately slows down in the same second. So 5-10 times in a row it blows for 10 seconds and that's it. Then it repeats after 10-20 minutes.

It turned out to be the video card fans. When the game is running, the fans on the video card never spin, and these blowers are when they start, but they spin rather slowly and you can even see how they gain momentum and immediately slow down. It's like they're hitting the ceiling.

Why are the fans on the video card not spinning and what kind of crack can it be? Tell me please.
