HDMI does not work on ACER 5057G Notebook, how to fix it?

Windows 8.1 x64 laptop, only the built-in video adapter is included. But even if you use an additional video adapter from Nvidia, the situation does not change.
The image comes to the external monitor only when booting and entering the BIOS. As soon as Windows starts loading, the image disappears. It says "check cable". It is impossible to turn on the second monitor from Windows, Windows does not see it.
Tried the latest drivers from the Intel website and the latest driver from the laptop manufacturer's website. The result is the same, or rather it is not. If you remove all drivers and leave the universal driver by default from Microsoft, then the image appears on the external monitor and on the laptop screen, but in a very low resolution of 640x480, which cannot be changed.
In this case, the VGA output is functioning normally!
Found a similar case https://communities.intel.com/thread/30922 , but there is not a laptop, but a personal computer. Therefore, I cannot use the recommendation from there to swap monitors.
