Why are styles not being applied after changing css in prestashop?

Good day to all
After changing any css file, for some reason the styles are not applied. Caching is disabled, compilation is enabled (however, I tried different options, it doesn't work), presta version is 1.5.
What can be wrong?

Check the following though:

• Preferences -> Performance -> Force compile on, cache off
  
• Refresh the browser page using the ctrl + R keyboard shortcut to cut off the option that this is the browser cache

If you edit the css files of the module. Then they can be overridden by your template.

/yoursite/themes/yourtemplate/modules/module/templates/css/css-file.css
