Where to edit template files (tpl) in prestashop?

For example, I want to move the "title" block along with the form to the top. How can I do it?

There are no ads in Prestashop. Looks like you have a module.
You need to go to the folder ".../your_site/modules/module_folder" and look for .tpl files there and edit them
