Under which engine is it more profitable to sell templates?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
I ask for your advice. Under what CMS in our time will it be more profitable to produce ready-made templates for sale in copies?
At the moment I work with DLE, but lately sales have been falling and falling. I thought to get acquainted with WP, but there are a huge number of both free and paid templates for it. Or is it not a barrier? Is it possible to make good money selling templates for WP?
I work with the Russian segment, it is easier to work with it. The language is one thing, but PayPal is the main problem. I am a citizen of Ukraine, and Ukrainians are only allowed to pay with PayPal. Therefore, I accept WebMoney, Qiwi or to a bank card. Or is there an alternative, or a way to solve this misunderstanding?
Also, based on your own experience, please tell me where you can sell templates for your proposed CMS. Again: the same ThemeForest becomes invalid only because of PayPal. If there is a way to work with foreign clients, tell me how to accept payments.
By the way, I would like to make it for such a CMS, where there are fewer reapers (that is, it was not profitable to rip, it was easier to buy a copy), so that you can upload a working demo of the template, and not a video. Because there are a lot of them in DLE, all authors upload only videos =)
Share your experience, I want to work, but in the current area my work is becoming less in demand.
