Why are some files different after svn switch?

Faced a strange glitch. After svn sw some files are different. Although svn up doesn't update anything else. svn diff is empty, svn cleanup didn't work either. The only option so far is to kill the problematic files and do a svn up . After the update, they are as they should be.

Text files? Theoretically, there could be differences if properties like svn:eol-style or autocorrection of the revision number in the file body are used.
