Why are snippets not transferred to vs code?

Hello, vs code has a django plugin and it adds a new markup for html files - django-html and in vs code I can move snippets from one markup to another. I did it according to the instructions:

"emmet.includeLanguages": {
        "django-html": "html",
    },

But the snippets didn't carry over.

Why?
