Why are Russian letters not displayed on this site?

This and another site do not display letters in the Google Chrome browser. Now I write through Firefox.
The site looks like this:

That is, there are Latin letters and numbers, Russian ones seem to be transparent. But you can select them and copy them.

incognito, go check it out, and the Windows localization version would also be nice

You need to check that the encoding is set to "Automatic" (in Chrome)
Change the current font, perhaps the one that is currently installed does not support Cyrillic (in Chrome)
Try disabling hardware acceleration (in Chrome)
