Why are RDP access groups duplicated?

Good afternoon, colleagues, I ran into a problem .. Two terminal servers raised on Hyper-V, one for one user group, the other for the second. Both are entered into the domain, the domain controller is a separate server. In settings of remote connection by the first machine I add group "Users of the first terminal machine" (conditionally). I come on the second terminal server, I open properties - and I see the added group "Users of the first terminal machine". I remove it from there. I go to the first machine - the group also left in it. Can you tell me where to look for a solution?
