Why are pictures not loaded on habrastorage?

Images on habrastorage.org are not uploaded or are uploaded broken. Sometimes the loading indicator just does not reach the end and hangs. Even if the url has loaded and returned, the browser does not show the image and writes "image ... cannot be displayed because it contains errors". wget downloads only a few kilobytes of the file from the received addresses. Tried from Firefox (26), including with a clean profile without extensions. Tried even from IE (8). There is no proxy (there is only NAT, like many). I even tried disabling Kaspersky Internet Security. What's the matter?

Today, too, a photo that was edited in the paint.NET editor did not load. And the photo from Photoshop loaded successfully. Tried the same in different browsers and on different OS

In general, the only “problematic” browser on Habrastoreage is Chrome - it somehow works with the flash loader in its own way, which is why many files are not loaded (for example, with a 400 error). It helps to try other browsers, but why the problem arose in FF and IE is another question.
The good news is that we have almost ready "new" Habrastorage, in which there is no place for flash.
