Why are page transitions not working in opencart?

I downloaded the site from the server, corrected the configuration files, but on my local hosting, when I go to the category, 404 pops up, on the server itself it works without problems. What could be the problem?

Most likely, you just need to fix RewriteBase / :
RewriteBase /localhost/site_folder_name/
+ clear the cache (system/cash)
