Why are packets missing?

There is a blade server HS22. Network interfaces are combined in bond0. The blades are mostly CentOS 5.7. Windows machines (XP, 2003) are running on it in VirtualBox (4.1.2). The network connection costs a "bridge", i.e. the guest systems look to the same network as the blades. For some time now, I noticed that packets began to be lost on virtual machines. At the same time, there are no losses from host systems.
Tried:
- Changing the IP address inside virtual machines
- Changing the type of network card
- Changing the type of connection to NAT
- Creating a bridge from network connections in WIN systems
- Changing the interface used from bond0 to ethx.
- Changing the version of VirtualBox Additions
- Changing the version of VirtualBox
All this did not bring any result. In what direction can you still dig the problem?
