Why are notifications duplicated in Telegram for iOS?

I have been using telegram for a long time, incl. and on mobile, and the fact that message notifications are always duplicated (both on the locked screen and pop-up when unlocked) is very annoying. Maybe someone knows how to fix this?

I got exactly the same thing on Android. I don't understand what the hell this is. Very disturbing
