How to set up ad aggregator in iOS?

Please tell me if there are actual instructions or articles (normal) on setting up the aggregator, at least for AdMob and iAd. Perhaps somewhere on the hub? If not, can someone write an article about it? A particularly big request to professionals and those who "ate the dog" on this.
