Why are not all section names displayed in the left menu on the site on Bitrix?

As I did earlier, I created a new infoblock. And it has 4 sections.
But for some reason, this time, not all section names are displayed on the info block page in the left menu. To be more precise, the name of only the very first one:

But, if you open pages displaying sections of this infoblock, then the name of this section and the name of the sections that were created earlier will be displayed in the left menu.



It seems that he did everything in the same way as in previous times, but before this was not the case.
Please tell me what is the problem and how to solve it.
