Why doesn't the picture change in Bitrix?

In general, I want to change the logo on the site in the mobile version. I change the name of the photo, but nothing happens, I already cleared the cache through the panel and even deleted the entire block with the photo, but still loads the old picture. How long does it usually take to load from the cache? Or maybe it's not in the cache? I tried to change the rules for the image in styles, let's say hide it, it works right after the cache is reset. And if you change the path itself to another photo, the old one hangs all the time ....
example, let's change logo 1 to logo 2 but nothing happens, if the path was not correct or the name of the photo, then at least the old picture would disappear ... and so hanging old all the time

So globally try to clean the cache for the entire project Settings -> Autocaching -> Cleaning cache files select everything click start.
