1C-Bitrix API. Are there any wrappers?

There was a need to integrate your service with 1C-Bitrix. Specifically with CMS. I looked at the manual, and there is only an API specifically for working in the system and there are no open methods for working with data from outside. Maybe I missed something, I didn’t find it, but absolutely everything breaks. The only thing I knew was that Bitrix24 has a REST API. This is an ideal solution, but this is needed specifically for CMS. Maybe someone has some experience or something? Github search did not return any results.
