Why are my tabs not syncing?

Hello. After reinstalling Windows, bookmarks and other data are not synchronized. What to do? I have already tried everything, even left the computer on at night (somewhere on the forum they wrote that they would synchronize after an hour). Reinstalled Opera several times.
