Why are my games not accepted on classmates, I upload my application to classmates, then send it for moderation, then I receive a letter to my email with the words your application does not suit me, I wonder why ???

The game must meet the requirements. All sorts of APIs, ratings, photos and more. And you apparently just made the game and that's it.
