Why is the secret code of the application on classmates sent to the old postal address?

Postal address changed in account settings. The old postal address is not accessible. When creating an external application, the secret code is sent to the old address. How to fix?

The postal address in the profile and the developer's address are different fields. The address of the developer can be changed by sending a request to the support service
